Working as part of the Product Innovation team you will have strong research experience ideally in New Product development / Product Innovation (experience with studies like pack testing, POS material testing, U&A's, planogram testing, Concept testing, 'Path to purchase' testing). Clients are a number of different FMCG sectors including leading food, alcohol and Health and Beauty manufacturers. Experience with similar businesses will be advantageous.
As the Senior Research Manager, you will hold responsibility for the delivery of all research projects for your clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with quantitative research methods and techniques
- A passion for NPD & Innovation
- An interest in interpreting numbers and turn data into actionable results and insights for clients
- Direct client management experience
- Experience of line management
