We’re currently working with one of the market leaders in the wonderful world of market research, a global bluechip business with an extensive service offering across all areas of research and sectors.
They are looking for two bright, career driven Senior Research Executives to join their Consumer Insight team, one supporting brands including Coca-Cola, L’Oreal and P&G, and the other to work with HSBC, helping them measure and understand the true effectiveness of their marketing activity. These roles will have a particular focus on shopper marketing, looking at the path to purchase, understanding at which point their decisions are made and what factors are driving their choice of brand. This could be anything from the type of media, the placement of the media, how much pricing and promotions drive sales uplift through to the actual products and brands themselves.
In order to make a real impact in this role, you’ll ideally have 1 – 3 years’ experience as a Research Exec with a quant focus, designing primary research (inc questionnaires) and analysing and interpreting large sets of data. The beauty of this team is the flat structure - you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from client meetings through to the design and execution of projects, ie both the strategic and operational elements that are often heavily divided in a research agency. With this, the ability to build strong working relationships and contribute is essential.
