This recently established €5bn business; a merger between two high profile FMCG businesses, are currently in search for a Senior Brand Manager to manage an exciting brand portfolio in one of the UK's fastest growing FMCG category.
The business already has selection of highly rated marketers from the pre-merged businesses, offering a wealth of experience ranging from innovative SMEs to the largest politically driven FMCG organisations globally.
Reporting directly to the Retail Category leader, you will be at the heart of the business - working within a dynamic category.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading brand activity in the UK incl. 360 activations, NPD launches and business/brand strategies.
- Full budget and P&L responsibilities and ensuring delivery against growth objectives.
- Developing successful ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Working regularly with insights and drawing profitable NPD concepts from findings.
The ideal candidate will have proven FMCG marketing experience, both strategic and operational. You will be passionate about the food and drink category, have experience and previous exposure to the UK retail grocery market and also have a track record of successful relationship building both with local and global teams.
