A globally recognised and market leading Marketing Capabilities Consultancy are currently searching for a talented Brand or Senior Brand Manager to join their team.
The role will appeal to marketers from consumer goods or FMCG backgrounds looking to take their career in a different direction and are passionate about driving and delivering marketing excellence and best practice.
As a Marketing Capability Manager, you'll be working with Capability Directors, many of whom have previously enjoyed senior marketing roles at blue-chip FMCG organisations.
Key responsibilities will include
- Working with global blue-chip businesses to create marketing capability programme strategies, from concept to delivery.
- Provide engaging and effective learning experiences, which will be embedded throughout the client's organisation. This will include capability session plans, high quality learning materials and case studies.
- Develop tailored processes, tools and techniques to facilitate workshops
The ideal candidate will have significant FMCG marketing experience ideally with a globally recognised business (International experience is an added bonus). Strong communication and project management skills are a must alongside the ability to build close worling relationships with clients and external stakeholders
