One of the UK's leading FMCG Shopper Marketing agencies are currently searching for a Junior Planner to join their Planning Team, based at their offices in Central London.
Since their inception, the business has won many awards, partnering with major FMCG & consumer brands to deliver effective cross-retail, multi touchpoint marketing plans inside the UK's leading retailers.
As a Junior Planner you'll play a fundamental role within the centralised planning team, working closely internally with the insights, client management and creative teams to support in the development and delivery of best-in-class shopper campaigns across multiple retailers and channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting shopper behaviour research and develop shopper campaigns and media plans in accordance with the findings
- Supporting activations of shopper campaigns across multiple channels, both in-store and digitally
- Working closely with the Planning Manager on shaping strategy and crafting creative guidelines for the development team
- Collaborating with the client and creative teams on creating communication strategy for the clients
You will already have some planning or strategy experience, ideally with exposure to retail or FMCG, and be able to demonstrate your ability to craft compelling reports and presentations based on trends and insight. They are looking for a team player, who is confident in developing and maintaining successful relationships, both internally and externally.
