An opportunity to lead CMI for a new Drinks division within a leading Global branded FMCG business.
This a new sub-category in the UK market – established 3 years ago which has seen sales double YOY. The business is investing heavily to fuel the growth of the business through its transition from start-up to scale-up.
A highly entrepreneurial business unit, decisions are made quickly and change can be implemented immediately. The foundations for this decision making will come from the Insights & Planning Manager, who will educate the sales, marketing and category teams with best-in-class consumer, shopper and market insight, from brand positioning, opportunities for NPD through to launch and execution.
A good level of client-side CMI experience within a branded (ideally bluechip) FMCG environment is essential, with continuous insights experience (perhaps in an agency environment) being advantageous. To be successful in this team you will need to be very comfortable with ongoing change in a fast paced environment.
