A global wine business is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join the business for a 12 month maternity cover.
The focus of the role will be to develop and execute a best in class brand activation across key commercial channels, maximizing the brand positioning and reach to its target consumer, ensuring that all activities drive commercial return and are achieved within budget, being the champion of all brand activation with customers.
- Lead and manage the delivery of a marketing plan by channel with key accounts in both the on and the off-trade channel, in line with budget and brand/commercial objectives.
- Be the voice of the shopper, identifying opportunities by retailer and channel when appropriate and specific tactical opportunities. Make sound recommendations based on shopper insights, to drive best in class and effective brand activation
- Influence the commercial strategy of the core brand portfolio through the communication of specific channel/customer recommendations and brand monthly performance against targets and consumer opportunities (Nielsen, Kantar data, etc)
- Develop price and promotional strategy, including a review of sampling activity and in-store advertising (ROI measures)
To be considered for this role you will need previous FMCG customer/shopper marketing experience, with drinks category experience being desirable (but not essential).
