A leading global FMCG Food business is looking for 2x talented CMI Managers to manage all areas of research and insight for two of their key brand portfolios.
The business has a healthy share of their core category with a range of mass-premium products sold across all channels in the UK.
Innovation is a key part of their strategy, with a strong on focus on occasions (Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc), and how they can continue to make their products more relevant as everyday snacks for their consumers at any time of the day.
These would suit a CMI Manager currently within another FMCG manufacturer, looking for the opportunity to work with large budgets and get involved with a real breadth of interesting research and insight.
The team is structured to offer significant learning & development support from an experienced senior leadership team - 1x CMI Director, 2x CMI Controllers - and a clear path for progression towards this level.
