A leading global FMCG Food business is looking for a talented CMI Manager to manage all areas of research and insight for a key brand portfolio.
The business has a healthy share of their core category with a range of mass-premium products sold across all channels in the UK. Innovation being a key part of their strategy, with a strong on focus on occasions (Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc), and how they can continue to make their products more relevant as everyday snacks for their consumers at any time of the day.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Work closely with the global marketing team to conduct research and provide market and consumer insight for the UK and Europe
- Provide the best consumer knowledge across the business, presented in an insightful and engaging way.
- Working across various departments internally and managing external stakeholders such as research and insight agencies
This would suit a CMI Manager currently within another FMCG manufacturer, looking for the opportunity to work with large budgets and get involved with a real breadth of interesting research and insight. The team is structured to offer significant learning & development support from an experienced senior leadership team - 1x CMI Director, 2x CMI Controllers - and a clear path for progression towards this level.
