A well-known branded FMCG Food business with a portfolio of market leading brands is looking for an experienced Category Strategy Manager for a 12 month maternity cover.
This is a key role within the business. The current incumbent has developed a powerful category vision which has been driven successfully both internally and externally over the past 12 months.
You will have a good level of experience developing and driving category visions in your career to date. This isn’t for the feint hearted – the business is highly commercial and this role sits central to the brand, customer, shopper and sales teams – and as such requires gravitas, excellent communication and the ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge, perhaps currently in an interim capacity or readily available for their next role.
Whilst this is a fixed term contract, there is potential to move into other areas of the business at the end of the tenure depending on the level of success in this role.
