A Global FMCG business with an exceptional portfolio of brands is searching for a Category Controller to lead a team focused on the Northern based accounts.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Customising strategies and plans to align with the retailers strategy, and drive the range review process
- Influencing and driving key retailer relationships (through the team) to advance the in-store execution of the category
- Working cross-functionally with the National Account and the Trade Marketing teams as well as managing and developing a team of direct reports
- Negotiating mutually beneficial solutions with key decision-makers to improve in-store presence and execution of the category
You will have a strong track record in FMCG Category Management in the UK market, with a proven ability to influence at a senior level within key Grocery retailers. Being a charismatic leader with a passion for leading and developing teams will be paramount for success.
This role will provide the successful candidate clearly defined progression opportunities both in the UK and internationally. In return, a highly competitive package is on offer with bonus potential of up to 60%.
