We are currently looking for a Category Analyst to work within the UK Commercial team of a Global leader in Travel Retail.
This role will sit within the commercial team, working cross-functionally with other areas of the business to optimise pricing and promotions through deep category and market insight analysis, for both existing products and their extensive NPD pipeline.
The business owns a number of their own on-the-go Food retail brands, as well as exclusive partnerships with a strong selection of the leading Coffee and Fast Food chains operating in the UK.
This would be a good development opportunity for someone who has gained good experience working closely with a range of continuous insights data (Kantar, IRI, Nielsen), looking for more depth and breadth in this area.
The client is looking for profiles that can demonstrate the following:
- 18 months+ experience generating actionable insights from commercial sales data
- Strong presentation skills, ability to articulate and deliver information in a clear and concise way
- A natural communicator, someone who is comfortable building relationships across the business up to a senior level
