You will ensure the product range within the category is optimised and be involved in supplier account management and negotiation, you will also oversee Assistant Buyers who are responsible for pricing, promotions and range management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a trading, buying or category management role – preferably within an FMCG or retail business. You must demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, proven record of achieving results, strong analytical abilities and be able to communicate and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
