A leading Global FMCG Food business is looking for a determined and ambitious Innovation Brand Manager to support the strategy development and Innovation agenda within their Premium Chocolate and Snacks portfolios.
The business are a major player in their category, and 2016 has proved to be highly successful with a significant increase in sales across all channels and various NPD initiatives.
As an Innovation Brand Manager, you will be accountable for testing, executing and defining new growth across the brand portfolio encompassing all elements of the marketing mix. For the next step in your career you will be provided with higher levels of autonomy and excited by the prospect of immersing yourself with projects on innovation strategy, positioning, consumer insights, testing, commercial optimisation and operational implementation across the business.
- Identify, support and deliver innovation strategy/NPD/RMI opportunities to drive growth and meet commercial targets in line with the Strategic Plan.
- Create consumer propositions which meet revenue targets by driving consumption in category and acquiring competitor shares.
- Work cross-functionally across all teams throughout the business and obtain results.
- Liaise with the Global teams/markets where growth is required.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the Food industry and have previous innovation and marketing experience within an FMCG environment. You will be naturally inquisitive taking consumer insights that will help deliver NPD opportunities and spot opportunities in the market place.
