We are currently working with an exciting utilities company who are looking to expand their team through a period of high growth. They are very customer centric and aim to provide the best service possible for their customers. They are looking for someone to join their customer insights team as a voice of the customer analyst. This would involve analysing data from customer feedback and reporting to the senior leadership team, which would give you great exposure within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing customer feedback data to generate insights on providing the best customer service
  • Liaising with and presenting to the senior management team
  • Understand all facets of their business so you can suggest and drive improvements in the programme, to maximise engagement and use of customer feedback
  • Document and present analytics in a way which can be clearly understood by those who are technical and non-technical - present customer data in a way that tells a compelling story

To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience of dealing with large datasets and high volumes of data, as well as experience using multiple systems to retrieve data and produce reporting.

You should have a passion turning data into actionable insights and promoting it to key stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations that support the business strategy and goals.

They're looking for someone ideally with some exposure to a Voice of Customer programme, who is strong analytically - some experience working with SQL or QlikView would be ideal, but not essential

As well as a highly competitive basic salary, the business offer an excellent range of benefits along with plenty of training & development opportunities and a clear route for progression.
