Strategy Lead - Demand Centric Growth (Tier 1 FMCG)

A global FMCG business with a leading portfolio of brands are currently searching for a Strategy Lead to join their in-house strategy team.

As a number 2 to the Strategy Director and managing a team of 2x Managers, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders Global Business Directors to board level, developing growth strategies working across all business units and markets globally.

You will be managing end-to-end projects, challenging the status quo and driving new ways of thinking to create positive change and unlock opportunities for business growth.

This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to make the transition from consultancy to in-house for the right individual.

Key skills & experience:

• 7 - 10 years experience in a leading consultancy
• Solid experience in the Consumer/FMCG/CPG space
• Experience leading growth strategy projects, ideally at a global level
• Team management/leadership experience

Package: £80 - 90k + Car Allowance + 40% bonus OTE + Benefits

Location: West London / Berkshire border (home based initially) with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week
