Senior Strategy Insights Manager - FMCG Drinks & Travel Retail

A leading global drinks business is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Strategy & Insights Manage where you will play a key role in enabling insights and analytics within the Global Travel Retail (GTR) function.


Key responsibilities will include


  • Ensure consumer and shopper insights aligned with GTR plans and activations
  • Engage and inform leadership and global teams and creatively communicate insight and opportunities to the commercial/marketing team to add value and drive thought leadership with customer base
  • Using consumer & shopper insight to help define future product innovation/NPD
  • Own GTR datasets across sales, pricing & execution with appropriate platforms, reporting and insight generation.
  • Collaborate effectively and closely with the global insight teams using common approaches to insights to accelerate the flow of insight between local and global teams
  • Lead annual strategic planning cycle including five-year plan creation and brand planning delivery for the channel


A background in FMCG strategy and insights will be essential and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a global branded FMCG business and ideally previous experience working with regional/global structured teams.

The ability to manage and influence at a senior level will be key to your success . Previous drinks experience would be beneficial but not essential.


Package: £55,000-£60,000 + Bonus + benefits

Location: London (2-3 days a week hybrid working)
