Senior National Account Manager - Personal Care
Senior National Account Manager with a leading FMCG personal care business. This is a high-impact commercial role in a business that's quietly outpacing the competition. With a turnover of £200m+ in the UK, a strong branded portfolio, the business are highly regarded for their business culture, high employee retention and diversity.
The role
- You'll take ownership of the full P&L for a portfolio of national high street accounts, delivering commercial plans across some of the UK's most recognised consumer brands in personal care and household.
- This is a role for someone who's ready to step into full commercial leadership. You'll lead joint business plans, manage trade investment, and influence across marketing, category and supply chain to drive results.
- It's a fairly autonomous role - but with that comes accountability. You'll report into a supportive, well-regarded Controller and have direct visibility with the senior leadership team.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the UK retail landscape - ideally with experience in branded FMCG and the high street channel. You'll be confident working across the full commercial mix, with strong forecasting, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
A background in FMCG national accounts, with P&L ownership and experience building customer relationships at a senior level, is key.
Location: London (hybrid working)
Package: £65,000 (inclusive of £Car Allowance) + Bonus + Benefits
