Senior Insight Manager (Beauty) - Germany

Do you have strong continuous insights experience, and an interest in developing your knowledge within the consumer goods industry?

A global boutique market insight consultancy is looking for a commercially focused Insights Manager to join their Health & Beauty / Personal Care team. The role could be based in North Rhine-Westphalia or Bavaria

They focus on delivering best-in-class insight via consumer and retail panels, with a broad portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs through to some of the biggest brands in the health & beauty industry.

As an Insights Manager, you will be working as a true partner to your clients in Germany to understand their businesses, working with them consultatively on a broad range of business issues across their marketing and commercial teams, as well as at Director/VP level.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Developing strategic business insights for your clients

· Managing and developing relationships with key contacts across your clients' businesses

· Managing the contract negotiation process with new and existing clients

· Working cross-functionally internally with the solutions and operations teams

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a good level of experience generating actionable insights from panel data (retail, consumer or both), as well as proven experience managing commercial relationships, ideally within an insights agency.

Package: €50,000 - €70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia OR Bayern
