Senior eCommerce Consultant

A global eCommerce Insight and Analytics consultancy is currently looking for an ambitious Senior eCommerce Consultant with an analytical mind to join their London based team.

As a Senior Consultant you will play an important role in building and managing the relationship with a key global FMCG manufacturer. They are driving the eCommerce agenda for the business across international markets, and you will play a vital role, working cross-functionally providing insights and high level consultancy to a number of high level stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include:

• Taking actions and ensuring accurate execution of clients' needs
• Preparing presentations for the clients and monitoring customer satisfaction
• Identifying areas for upsell and proactively work with the sales team to increase revenue

To be successful in this role you will come from an FMCG or Retail background and have solid understanding of eCommerce performance elements and proven track record of using Excel, insights and data analytics. You will be an excellent problem solver with great communication skills and keen attention to details.
