Research Manager

An industry leading, global Healthcare market research consulstancy are looking for an experienced and talented Research Manager to join their London office.

The award winning agency specialises in research spanning; Medical Technology, Prescription Medicines and Consumer Health & Nutritionals and work with healthcare brands to help deliver bespoke intelligence and recommendations covering 70+ therapy areas from common to niche.

Research projects involve both quantitative and qualitative methods and the right candidate will ideally have experience in healthcare, although a passion and an obvious desire to work within the sector is also beneficial!

Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of 2-3 projects at one time
• Autonomous control of projects along with line management of 2-3 juniors
• Working with and supporting a number of AD's across a variety of therapy areas
• Preparing and presenting actionable insights to clients
• Managing the end-to-end research process across your projects from brief and proposal to presenting and consulting
• Supporting senior management in training and managing junior members of the team
• Aid in writing proposals introduced by directors and being responsible for implementing resulting projects
• Being the main POC for clients

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 4 years of market research experience withinhealthcare - or at least have a passion for the healthcare sector
• Ideally stakeholder management skills - internal/external
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quant/qual research experience
• Project management is a great beneficial skill
• Experience developing junior team members is also beneficial
• Experience within Pharma, Biotech, Medtech is a fantastic benefit
