A brand new opportunity for an experienced Process Manager to lead the process team for a leading UK drinks business based in the West Midlands.
This is a senior management role and has become available due to an internal promotion within the group.
The key focus will be on leading, managing and developing a team of 21, keeping product and material losses to a minimum, ensuring equipment is maintained.
As the team manager there will be an emphasis on performance and training, and the key areas of responsibility for the team include:
- Health & Safety
- Liquid defect reporting
- Stock level monitoring
- Accurate SAP reporting
Key skills and experience:
- Experienced Process Manager within the Beer, Cider or Soft Drinks industry (essential)
- Strong people management skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
The role is based in West Midlands and offers a salary of up to £50k + bonus + excellent pension, plus a range of other benefits.
