National Account Manager - Convenience

Our client are a leading FMCG Food business and we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National AccountManager. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth within the Tesco Group portfolio, focusing on the Convenience channel. As a strategic leader, you will identify and leverage both short and long-term growth opportunities, ensuring the successful delivery of budget targets through meticulous account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management: Take full ownership of P&L, ensuring budget delivery through joint planning and effective execution with suppliers.

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of channel-specific strategies, managing risks and seizing growth opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels, ensuring exceptional customer service and alignment with business objectives.

• Promotion & Pricing: Negotiate and execute joint business plans, promotional strategies, and pricing structures, ensuring they meet both internal and external goals.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and Commercial Planning teams to close distribution gaps, launch new products, and drive business growth.

• Forecasting & Analysis: Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts, evaluate financial performance, and deliver detailed performance reviews.

Location: UK Homebased role

Package: Up to £60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Bens
