A Global FMCG business with a leading portfolio of brands are currently looking for talented Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to join their UK commercial team.
This is a highly strategic role, this will be primarily internally focused, working closely with the Marketing & Sales teams to commercialise brands for the different channels they're sold through - looking at factors such as pack size, price and promotions - and training the sales team to effectively win with their customers. This will also partner with supply chain and finance, offering invaluable exposure across the different functions of a bluechip FMCG business.
- Lead the Commercial strategy team in setting a clear commercial and category strategy for the UK business across all channels
- Work closely with Sales teams and Account Managers to tailor specific plans to their customers
- Be the internal category expert, reporting to Sales teams where opportunities and where barriers to success exists
- Provide commercial input for NPD opportunities
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NAM with strong P&L and JBP experience, looking to broaden their experience beyond account management. The ability to work with insights - perhaps gained in a category role - will also be massively beneficial in this role.
Location: London (2/3 days a week in office when possible)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
