Junior Category Manager - FMCG Alcohol / Drinks

A leading international drinks business are currently searching for a driven and ambitious Junior Category Manager to join the UK business. You will be supporting key retail relationships (Inc Grocery, Convenience & Impulse) and the wider commercial and marketing functions.

The business is enjoying plenty of success with their retail customers and there's a huge opportunity to grow the premium end of the category in which they have a presence. It's a role and opportunity for a talented individual to join the business and really make an impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support key category relationships for the business
• Working in partnership with marketing and commercial teams on strategic projects inc brand planning, NPD, EPD
• Delivering key insights to customers to unlock category growth opportunities

Previous category or insight experience is important in this role, you will ideally have experience working for an FMCG manufacturer, retailer or insight agency.

This will best suit someone with a strong interest in the drinks industry looking to develop their career within an exciting and growing category

Location: West Midlands

Package: £30 - 40k + bonus + benefits
