£110000.00 - £130000 per annum + Car Allowance + 140% Bonus OTE + LTIPs
A tier 1 FMCG business is going through a period of transition to become more strategic in how they align with their customers globally.
As part of this, they are looking for an International Customer Director to lead the agenda with Tesco, covering 6 core markets - these include the UK&I, Central Europe and India.
Externally, the focus in this role is very much centred on creating one centralised strategy with Tesco across all categories and business units for the total business to optimise efficiency and maximise value.
Internally, this will be working with c30 key stakeholders (dotted lines) who will have P&L ownership for Tesco at a local level, and requires strong leadership and stakeholder management experience to ensure a consistent approach across all markets.
Key skills and experience:
- An influential commercial leader in a global bluechip FMCG business
- Experience in the UK market is highly desirable due to the customer (Tesco)
- Highly results-focused with a track record of achieving and exceeding commercial business objectives
- Experience working in a global structure is desirable but not essential
The role itself will not have P&L ownership at a global level and will suit an experienced Sales Director looking to move into a strategic leadership role.
