We are partnering with a leading FMCG business to find a dynamic International Account Manager to join their Global Markets team. This role focuses on developing profitable sales growth across North & Eastern Europe and Turkey. It's an opportunity to own markets, forge meaningful distributor relationships, and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Build markets from scratch by identifying and appointing top-tier distribution partners.
- Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement marketing calendars aligned with brand strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Manage customer P&Ls, forecast sales, and oversee A&P budgets.
- Distributor Management: Motivate and challenge existing partners while evaluating and onboarding new distributors.
- Logistics: Ensure seamless demand forecasting and order fulfillment with supply chain teams.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record in international FMCG account management.
- Strong expertise in business development within North & Eastern Europe and Turkey.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with experience in building businesses from scratch.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages being advantageous.
