Insight Manager - Personal Care / H&B Retail

A leading FMCG Insight Agency are seeking a category insight manager to work with one of its largest retail customer's. An incredibly well know and with strong heritage on the UK high street, you will be working with one of the best personal care / Health and Beauty businesses in the country.

Your key responsibilities will be to

• Have accountability for your client providing thought provoking and compelling insight
• Build strong and trusting relationships
• Keep up to date with market developments in the world of FMCG and retail
• Build category awareness and deliver above an beyond client expectations

The ideal candidate will

• Have excellent communication and presenting skills
• Strong organisation skills will be required to manage the diverse workload
• Adept at using full PowerView Analyses in order to identify actionable insights.
• You will demonstrate experience of successfully operating in a Research / Analysis and Insight focused environment (either agency or client side) and ideally in an FMCG environment

Location: East Midlands. Work from home flexibility

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
