Innovation Brand Manager

A global FMCG manufacturer who are market leaders within their product categories are searching for a talented and highly ambitious Innovation Brand Manager to join their UK team. You’ll be working as part of an award-winning marketing team and will be responsible for the development and execution of New Product Development & Extended Product Development projects across various markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing innovation and planning to support brand plan for UK market and influencing the wider regional brand master plan (Europe)
• Assisting in the development of global brand strategies and innovation pipelines
• Actively working alongside brand teams to successfully execute NPD launches and leading the preparation of all necessary launch materials
• Leading the development of all consumer and shopper marketing materials across the brand portfolio

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NPD / Innovation with an established FMCG business (ideally coming from consumer healthcare / OTC but all categories will be considered). You’ll have a natural intense drive for achievement and a commercial mindset along with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
