Head of Category Development - FMCG / Retail Consultancy

This is a unique opportunity to grow and develop the Category and Customer Marketing function for a leading Category & Shopper consultancy.

In-line with the growing importance being placed on Category within FMCG and Retail, our client is looking to appoint an expert in this field that who will help their clients performance and enable solutions to grow.

Key responsibilities will include

• Full ownership of the capabilities programme
• Delivery of projects - working internally and externally to ensure project and solutions are delivered
• Leading ongoing product and solution innovation
• Identifying new opportunities and revenu streams
• Lead and develop a team

The ideal candidate will come from a senior FMCG category background with a passion for the food and consumer goods industry. You will demonstrate the ability to lead a team and manage projects / change programmes.

Salary: £70K-£75K + £Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Location: North London
