A leading global FMCG business with exceptional brands and products have created this role as part a of new team within their global sales function.
You will become the Global Revenue leader within the business managing a team of 5 Regional Directors, responsible for revenue growth excellence in regional and local markets around the world. You will establish close working relationships with global senior stakeholders (GMs, SVPs) to ensure the company's revenue management strategy is visible and implemented in each country.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate
- Regional or global revenue management leadership with a global blue-chip FMCG / CPG organisation
- Ability to manage teams in a global capacity
- Knowledge and understanding of trade marketing & sales at a global & regional level
- Previous track record of building and developing revenue management / growth delivering a high level of results and success
