Global Omnichannel Insights & Analytics Director - FMCG

A global tier 1 FMCG business is looking to hire a new Global Omnichannel Insights & Analytics Director as part of their eCommerce leadership team.

You will be seen as the leading figure for the 'voice of the customer' globally, understanding the customer journey whether that's online or instore your insights will play a pivotal role across all areas of the business.

The business has a wealth of data available and has invested significant into developing their eCommerce capabilities over the past 5 years, so this is an exciting time to be joining the business with a platform to make a significant tangible impact from day one.

Key skills and experience:

  • At the forefront of data & insights for a leading tech/digital, consumer or eCom business
  • Strong eCommerce experience, ideally within FMCG or with FMCG suppliers (not essential)
  • Leadership experience, driving strategic change in a global environment

Salary/Package: £Highly Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus OTE + Benefits

Location: West London / Berkshire border (home based initially) with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week
