This is a newly created role and you will be responsible for the commercial and marketing strategy for the company's new brands, products and initiatives within food and drink categories.
The business have a unique incubator hub for new product development and concepts. A key challenge in this role will be translating the thinking, concepts and analysing business potential of products and ideas and ensuring the successful implementation of market launches in the German Market.
Key responsibilities will include
- Develop market entry strategies for successfully tested concepts for EMEA countries and regions
- Create annual budget for Germany based on marketing and sales strategy
- Develop local sales, marketing, trade marketing for new innovation and products and ensure successful implementation for Germany
- Motivate and manage project teams across the business
The ideal candidate will have in depth professional experience in FMCG sales and marketing product innovations and working in a matrix structure. Ideally food and/or drink experience but other categories will be considered.
Previous management experience is desirable and you must have a confident command of German and English.
