FMCG Category Manager - Premium Food & Drink - 6m FTC

One of the UK's most recognisable Certified B Corporations and market leading food and drink manufacturer require an experienced Category Manager to manage one of their Top 4 Grocery retailer accounts, initially on a 6 month contract.

The category teams play a crucial role putting shoppers and consumers at the heart of what they do. Continuing to grow the category and strengthening the brand.

This is a customer facing role and key responsibilities will include

• Building and sustaining key retail relationships
• Using insight to influence merchandising and range plans at category reviews
• Provide detailed analysis and insights on category opportunities
• Provide analytical support in the development of category plans
• Work with the internal team to meet company targets & brand growth

The ideal candidate will have gained category insight/management experience within a recognised FMCG manufacturer or leading Insight Agency (eg IRI, Kantar, Nielsen or Dunnhumby) and be able to hit the ground running, managing a major retail customer

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop category relationships ideally with Grocery Mults, and participatie in range reviews and developing rationale for new listings

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Location: Based West London (Zone 2), with flexible working
