We are excited to be partnering a leading global FMCG brand in the search for an exceptional Consumer Insights Manager. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a highly recognised brand, driving portfolio and innovation strategies grounded in actionable consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Insight Leadership: Provide robust, data-driven insights that shape brand investment and innovation strategies across the EMEA region. Align brand strategy with the latest consumer trends and insights to drive growth and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global Brand and Innovation teams, as well as regional marketing and insights leads, to integrate strategic insights into every facet of business decision-making.
Market Research Excellence: Lead local market research projects with innovative approaches, delivering timely analytics that inform brand health, market performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Portfolio Development: Support the evolution of the brand portfolio by developing research plans that uncover customer insights, validate product roadmaps, and monitor the competitive landscape.
Agency Management: Partner with a variety of external agencies to leverage their expertise and ensure comprehensive knowledge is applied to all consumer insights activities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Insights Expertise: Experience in consumer insights or market research within the FMCG sector, with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to dissect complex business questions and translate insights into compelling, actionable stories that drive decision-making.
Innovative Approach: A forward-thinking mindset with a bias for action, capable of embracing new ideas that challenge the status quo and unlock growth opportunities.
Collaborative Leader: Experience working across global or matrix teams, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders.
Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to present complex data in a clear, impactful way to non-technical audiences.
