A global FMCG food business with instantly recognisable brands is searching for a driven and ambitious Consumer Insight Manager for the EMEA region.
The business has a healthy share of their core category with a range of well-known and loved products sold across all channels. Consumer, Customer and competitor understanding will play an ever-increasing role for all strategic marketing and brand plans so the business can continue to make their products more relevant for their consumers at any time of the day.
Developing the research plan and managing the research budget across different brands
Identify consumer trends to influence the overall marketing strategy
Provide actionable consumer and shopper insight and ensure this is used to drive improved performance of brands
Influence marketing team and senior management with regard to brand strategy and brand plans
Work with NPD / Innovation teams to develop new product launches
Work closely with Continuous and Category Insights Managers
We want to hear from candidates working FMCG client side or who have Agency experience (eg. Kantar, Nielsen) looking to progress their career in Consumer Insights at a regional / international level.
The team is structured to offer significant learning & development support from an experienced senior leadership team and offers a clear path for career development and progression
Location: Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)
Office is based 40mins from Central London
Salary:£Competitive + 10%Bonus + Benefits
