Digital Media Manager (Paid Social / Programmatic) - FMCG / Retail
A leading shopper marketing agency are looking for a Digital Media Manager to lead and grow a new division within their business.
The business has grown significantly since their inception working with a high percentage of FMCG brands and grocery retailers in the UK, developing and executing shopper marketing campaigns in-store.
In line with growing focus for consumers shopping online, they are looking to develop their digital offering with a focus on paid social media and programmatic, to support their in-store campaigns and achieve the best possible ROI from their marketing budgets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to be a key driver in growing this area within the business, and a team below, which is currently 1x direct report (Digital Media Executive).
Key skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
- Commercial acumen, focused on delivering solutions which drive ROI
- Client management, ability to develop relationships and consult with FMCG marketing teams
- Previous experience or an interest in FMCG/retail
- An interest in team management
