One of the UK's largest pub and bar operators are looking for a talented Consumer Insight Manager to join the business on a 12 month FTC.
You will have a natural ability for numbers and insights. If you are passionate about food, drinks and pubs, this role will offer the freedom to research, explore and learn new things in one of the UK's most exciting industries.
Working as part of the broader insight team you will compile and distribute a monthly Insight report summarising key insights for the period across brand health and guest experience metrics, key market and consumer trends, and notable competitor activity.
Work with senior stakeholders to identify commercially critical insight gaps and research projects.
Analysing and shaping data and research outputs into commercially astute, accurate and actionable insights.
Providing insights to support the annual brand planning process.
Gather info from industry reports and distributing findings to senior stakeholders.
Compiling an annual macro consumer trends pack and distributing to stakeholders.
Managing external agency relationships
Creating and co-coordinating in-house qualitative and quantitative surveys, focus groups and ethnographic research as required.
The ideal candidate will have credible consumer insight experience working in retail or FMCG.
Salary: £50K-£60K + Bonus + Benefits
