Commercial Lead - Start-Up Incubator Brands (FMCG)

Investing into the future, the business have a unique incubator hub for new product development and concepts - a lean, entrepreneurial start-up environment with the support and resources of a blue-chip FMCG business.

This is a newly created role reporting into the Chief Operating Office (COO) and you will be responsible for developing commercial strategy and launch for innovative new brands, products and concepts across all FMCG categories into the German and other Europeans markets.

Key responsibilities will include

• Develop market entry strategies for successfully tested concepts for EMEA countries and regions
• Develop local sales, marketing, trade marketing for new innovation and products and ensure successful implementation for Germany and other European markets
• Introducing the new brands to key retail customers across all channels
• Create annual budget for Germany based on marketing and sales strategy
• Motivate and manage project teams across the business

The ideal candidate will have in depth professional experience in FMCG commercial experience working with start-up brands in the German market. An understanding of the key retail groups and ideally a network within them will be highly beneficial in this role.

Location: Berlin HQ (home contract, can be based anywhere in Germany)
