Category Planning & Execution Manager - FMCG Food

A globally recognised and market leading FMCG food business who are known for their employee centric culture, are currently searching for a talented Category Planning and Execution Manager.

This is a newly created role reporting to the UK Head of Category where you will be responsible for ensuring category and branded initiatives are planned and executed with retail customers.

You'll be working with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders to ensure category initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and with the end customer in mind at all times.

Key responsibilities will include

• Execution of category initiatives across a number of retailers and channels
• Commercial ownership of category execution instore, working alongside Marketing, Innovations, Sales and Revenue growth management teams
• Track range reviews across customers and influence retailers
• Implementation and execution of the category vision both internally and with retail customers

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in an FMCG OR Retail Category Management role, be commercially savvy, and enjoy building category relationships with customers

You'll also need to demonstrate bundles of enthusiasm, bags of energy and drive!

Based: West London

Package: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
