A Global FMCG manufacturer, with brands recognised around the world are currently searching for a driven and self-starting Category Manager aligned to all UK retail channels. This will include Grocery, Convenience / Impulse and High Street retailers. This is a business known for it’s continued growth of employees, development of products through NPD and Innovation and fantastic working environment.
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams your role will play a major part in driving forward business development and commercial strategies, and shaping the brand marketing strategy.
- Analyse and interpret market data, evaluate retail promotions, Retails Sales and devising recommendations / innovative solutions.
- Create retailer propositions to improve retailer listings and turnover, and drive range reviews & promotional Startegies
The ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG category management background and have experience handling Kantar WorldPanel, IRI, Nielsen or Dunnhumby data. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication, the ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders and confident presentations skills.
