A personal care SME with a well-known portfolio of brands is looking for the next addition to join their Category team.

This role is pivotal to the success of the category & commercial team delivering category, shopper and retailer insights, taking the category lead on on eof the business' ke categories working across a range of projects and influencing retail customers.
- Being the key contact and management of data / insight agencies (eg. IRI, Kantar, Brandview etc)
- Identify opportunities and threats in category, shopper and retailer continuous data
- Directly influence our retail customers on NPD sell in, range reviews and other category initiatives. Establish own relationship with the retailers key contacts to build influence and trust
- Provide all major NPD and range review presentations with merchandising recommendations
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience working with EPOS / continuous data (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar etc), and the ability to build and nurture commercial relationships, to develop their experience working with a range of key UK retailers.
You will ideally have previous FMCG category management experience, or have supported category teams in an insights agency role.
