Category & Shopper Lead - 12 month FTC

A global FMCG food business who are leaders in their category are searching for a Category and Shopper Marketing Controller. The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

The role is responsible for providing and ensuring Category Management and Shopper Marketing resource at Key Account level to ensure that each Customer has all the resource and dedication to unlock growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure Category Captaincy and continued customer success with key / important customers
• Ensure full visibility of range review calendar for all categories across Sales, Category Development, Shopper Marketing
• Ensure Branded Impact is achieved at every possible opportunity to ensure brands have strong presence in-store and online.
• Manage a small team of direct reports

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of Category and Shopper marketing experience. Some previous line management experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary: £70,000 + £Car Allowance

Based: London - 3 days a week in the office
