This is an opportunity to shape and lead Brand Campaigns & Activation for an international business who are major players with their category. 2021 has proved to be highly successful with a significant increase in sales across all channels, successful NPD launches and exciting future plans as we head into 2022.
As a 12 month maternity cover (to start ASAP), this will be working closely with the marketing & category teams to develop the Shopper activation plans, with responsibility for the management and execution of promotional budgets.
This is a management role with responsibility for 2x Activation Executives (direct reports).
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- To define, in agreement with Consumer Marketing, the budget (volumes and promotional investments) of Category / Brand by channel (modern) and by session
- To create and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies and actions based on a deep knowledge of the economic performance of the category and its assortment
- Implement the national Category activation plans for the Modern channel and target those on Customers in development priorities
- Monitor performance (sell-in and sell-out) and promotional spending by channel, get analysis of the activity (economic and competitive)
Location: London - Zone 4. The UK head office has excellent transport links on both the London Underground and National Rail Overground.
Salary: up to £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits
