Category Analyst

Our client is one of the UK's leading premium food manufacturers. The category is evolving and there is an abundance of opportunity for innovation. To capitalise on this, the business requires a passionate foodie who can work closely with category & market insight data, providing support to the wider Category and Marketing teams.

You will provide insight and analysis across several exciting food categories, using data from various sources to that will help retail customers and internal stakeholders make more informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical & Excel skills and this role will particularly suit a recent graduate or candidates with recent post graduate insight or analyst experience looking to progress their career within the FMCG sector.

You must demonstrate:

• Strong Numerical ability and an excellent eye for detail
• Ability to spot patterns in data (strong analytical mind)
• Ability to handle and prioritise large amounts of information
• Ability to work with large sets of raw data
